No, smoking is not permitted.
We encourage you to check in 15-30 minutes prior to your boarding time. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and metro delays.We cannot hold the boat for latecomers.
Yes. There are multiple restrooms on each vessel.
No. Outside food or beverage is not permitted on board. There are concessions available for sale aboard the vessels.
Tickets are non-refundable, however, you may use them as a standby/walk-up ticket for any cruise of equal value during the year for which it was purchased. We do not take reservations for reschedules, walk-ups only. We do hold plenty of seats for walk-ups, just be sure to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your desired departure time.

The only animals permitted on board Service Animals.
These vessels are not ADA accessible, however ramps are available for boarding. Our crew supervises the boarding/unloading process, and is available for extra assistance if necessary. Wheelchairs are allowed on board, though maneuverability may be limited.
Children under the age of 3 sail for free. All children age 3 and older require a ticket to board.
VERY LIMITED PARKING. Subject to Availabilty(CASH ONLY $15 per car) – opens 30 minutes prior to public cruises. Additional parking in Mandarian Oriental Hotel across the street- Garages for a fee. These lots are not owned by National Ferry Corporation and fill up quickly.
WE HIGHLY SUGGEST TAKING THE METRO. Metro-- Blue, Silver, Orange, Green, Yellow -- L'Enfant Plaza (10-15 minute walk) Directions From L'Enfant Plaza: Walk West on D Street toward 7th Street SW. Continue straight onto Maryland Ave. Walk around the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and take the footbridge across Maine Avenue. We are located directly across the street from the rear entrance of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
These tickets are non-refundable and we cannot reschedule your reservation. If you miss your cruise or prefer to sail at another date/time, you may present your unused voucher as a walkup/standby ticket on any published cruise of equal or lesser value. We hold 25-50 seats for this purpose. Please arrive early, first come, first served for standby/walkup tickets.
No. Happy Hour and Cocktail cruises are for passengers ages 21 and over with valid identification only.
